Reading Intervention/Tutoring

Every child’s reading journey is unique, and when a child begins to struggle, it’s often due to a combination of factors—not a lack of ability. Some children need support with phonics and decoding, while others may struggle with fluency, comprehension, or confidence. If your child is struggling with reading, you are not alone—and there is real hope. Many children fall behind not because they aren’t capable, but because they need the right support in the right areas. Whether it’s sounding out words, reading smoothly, understanding what they read, or simply building confidence, I work closely with each student to identify where the struggle is happening. From there, I create a personalized plan using engaging, step-by-step instruction that helps reading start to “click.” My goal is not only to help your child improve, but to help them feel successful, capable, and excited about reading again.
